What you enjoy most about your job:
Helping others achieve their fitness related goals through exercise plans, one-to-one sessions, goal setting and motivational cues.
I have always been a keen sportsman and have enjoyed a variety of sports whether it be playing, spectating or organising activity. My experience in the fitness field is vast from training regional/county athletes, sports teams, special populations and GP referral patients. I am a firm believer that exercise is medicine on the body and that everyone should try it no matter what.
How you like to keep active:
Either going down my local gym, playing golf with friends or running outside.
